The Ingersoll Masonic Centre is located at 190 Thames St. South, Ingersoll, Ontario. We are located across from the TD Bank. Parking is available at the rear of the building.
Our Banquet Hall is the ideal location for family events, birthday parties, social gatherings, Christmas parties, bridal showers, and club functions just to name a few of the possible uses.
The Banquet Hall has a capacity of 130 persons and can comfortably seat 88 persons at tables.
Please be advised that we do not rent the hall for Stag and Doe or similar functions.
Our building is ADOA compliant. It has a dedicated entrance/exit for physically challenged gusts at the rear of the building adjacent to a disabled parking space. We have fully accessible washroom facilities.
Effective January 01, 2025 our rental rates and associated fees are as follows:
Short Term Rentals
Up to 3 hours $150.00, each additional hour is $50.00.
In addition a $30 refundale key deposit and $70 cleaning fee will be charged. If the renter cleans the hall to the satisfaction of the rental manager the cleaning fee will be refunded.
All Day Rentals
Without a special occasion permit $400.00.
With a Special Occasion Permit $400.00.
Please note that when making Special bookings where alcohol is being served the following requirements must be complied with 3 days prior to the rental date:
- A $30 refundable key deposit will be charged.
- A $350.00 damage and hall cleanliness deposit will be charged. If the hall has not been damaged and the renter cleans the hall to the satisfaction of the rental manager this fee will be refunded.
- A copy of the insurance policy indicating that $2 million party and alcohol liability insurance with the Ingersoll Masonic Temple Corporation named as insured has been purchased.
- A copy of the LCBO Special Occasion Permit.
If a special occasion permit has not been obtained a rental will terminate immediately if it is found that alcohol has been brought on to the premises.
All members of the Ingersoll Masonic Temple Corporation board of directors have the authority to terminate any rental for violation of the contract.
